I have sold a property at 848 Dunsmuir Rd in VICTORIA on Nov 14, 2014. See details here

A 'feel good' home one block from the Westsong Walkway (an easy foot commute to downtown along the water), and convenient to all the amenities of Esquimalt: shopping, rec centre , and library. Walk to Macaulay Elementary and Victor Brodeur within 10 minutes. Large flat yard with a substantial raised veggie garden, and don't miss the east patio under the garry oak. Main floor features wood floors, corner windows, wood burning fireplace, and great flow from room to room. Lower level has a finished room (office, rec room?), sunny laundry room, a workshop (storage for bikes, golf clubs, strollers) plus more storage in the easily accessible crawl space. A super starter or downsizing property.
