A great opportunity to buy a home in a very desirable neighbourhood of Hillside with all of the amenities one could wish for. Near major bus routes providing easy access to downtown and UVIC Everything is done for you with nice landscaping, a vegetable garden area that is all mapped out for you to start planting your fresh vegetables. Exceeding those expectations is a one bedroom suite, a large garage, and a 420 square foot south facing deck off the main living kitchen area. This character home includes a wood burning fireplace, lovely wood flooring, a bright kitchen with eating area and separate dining room. New roof, plus newer fridge, vinyl windows, hot water tank, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The tenants are wonderful and eager to stay in their cute and cozy one bedroom suite. IF this is your first home or looking to increase your portfolio through Real Estate, this is a prime location and a prime investment.
